LIFESTYLE COACHING

Because who doesn't love glass of wine or dinner with friends while looking after your body? 

 

While body transformation is a more intense process, our lifestyle coaching does what it says in the name. Our primary goal is to look after your health, and help you to achieve your goals. The key difference between the two is that you spend little less time with the coach but more time by yourself practicing what we have taught you in the training session with us. We believe that every female should feel welcomed and confident in the gym. This package provides exactly that. 

Alongside this we focus on having more balanced life rather than just on results. We encourage you to still go out if you like, eat out and enjoy a glass of wine when you feel like it. The goal of this package is to make you enjoy your life to the fullest while looking after your body and mind.
